Workforce Management Analyst

Key Activities

  • Workforce Management Analyst will with our clients and will be involved in performing all the activities needed to maintain high productivity in employees.

  • Responsible to ensure staff optimization, making rostering based on the forecasting call volume and historical data (as per process/client/ project requirements depending upon the skill set required).

  • An effective communicator with fantastic presentation skills and ability to establish strong interpersonal relations with seniors and cross-functional groups in the organization.

  • Ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends through MIS data.

  • Perform analysis based on our client’s requirements & expectations

  • Should have fantastic MSExcel / MIS / WFM knowledge and have great communication skills.

  • Should have the ability to present numbers in PPT with great analytical skills.
